6B. Invalid Traffic and Click Activity
You shall not click on ads to inflate revenue, use bots, auto‑refresh, ad iframes, or other mechanisms that generate invalid impressions or clicks. You shall not encourage others to click ads (including via incentives or misleading language). We reserve the right to suspend access for suspected abuse.
6C. Consumer Rights Savings Clause
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, limit, or restrict any rights that cannot be waived, limited, or restricted under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. To the extent any provision of these Terms (including any limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, arbitration agreement, or class action waiver) is found to be unenforceable as applied to a particular user or circumstance, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect as provided in §18 (Severability).

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of this site shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, NY, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
30‑Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement and the class‑action waiver in §12. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and include your registered email address and the date you first accepted these Terms. Your opt-out notice must be sent within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms (or, for existing users at the time of a material change to this §10, within 30 days of the effective date of that change). Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms, and you will still be bound by them in all other respects. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved in the courts described in §11 (Jurisdiction).
11. Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Frenzy Capital shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to the same.
12. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You hereby waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit against Frenzy Capital.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Frenzy Capital makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or its content.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site and services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frenzy Capital, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
16. Force Majeure
Frenzy Capital is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or service provider failures.

39A. Prohibited Content for Monetization
Content that violates ad network policies (including but not limited to adult content, illegal activities, pirated material, hateful or dangerous content, and misrepresentations) is prohibited. We may remove or restrict monetization for content at our discretion.

This Terms and Conditions document may be updated periodically. Each revision will be identified by a version number and date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Language
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of a conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.
Beta Tester Confidentiality
By participating in any beta program, you agree not to disclose or publish information about unreleased features without written permission from Frenzy Capital.
