How this board works

This dashboard streams Bitcoin (BTC/USD) spot prices in real time from three major public exchanges — Coinbase, Kraken and Bitstamp — so you can watch how the same asset prices across venues at the same instant. Updates are pushed over a live connection as each exchange trades; nothing here polls on a timer.

Reading the cross-venue spread

Because each exchange has its own order book, the "same" BTC price differs slightly from venue to venue. The spread readout shows the live gap between the highest and lowest quote on the board, in dollars and in basis points, along with which venue is currently richest and cheapest. Wide gaps tend to open during fast moves and thin liquidity.

The composite momentum score

The −100 to +100 score is a blend of simple, public technical signals — trailing returns, a Wilder RSI, and an EMA-trend read — computed across five timeframes (1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour and 1 day) and weighted into a single number. Positive values lean bullish, negative values lean bearish, and the per-timeframe breakdown shows where the momentum is coming from. It is a descriptive momentum gauge built only from price history, not a trade signal or investment advice.

Prediction-market odds by strike

The odds ladder shows Kalshi's daily Bitcoin markets — each row is the market-implied probability that BTC settles at or above that strike, for the nearest settlement time, along with the traded volume and open interest sitting on each strike. Reading it as a profile, the strikes with the most volume mark where traders are most actively positioning, and the strike where the probability crosses 50% is roughly where the market prices BTC to settle. The Polymarket panel lists the Bitcoin price-target markets sitting closest to the current spot. These are live prediction-market prices, not forecasts from this site, and nothing here is investment advice.
